There is a term "in loco parentis" it's Latin for "in the place of a parent" and when you entrust not just the education but also the care  of your child to us here at Clintyclay Primary School we take that responsibility very seriously.

Protecting our children and providing for their needs is and always will be our number one priority.

Within the school community there are two key adults Miss Hampsey and Mr Kennedy, they are the Designated and Deputy Designated Teachers for Child Protection.

Should you have any concerns regarding your child or any child's safety please feel free to contact either member of staff.

All staff and our governors receive regular Child Protection training and our policy documents are updated regularly to ensure that not only statutory guidelines are met but that in an ever changing world the children in Clintyclay will be safe, secure and happy.
